I have used E2save.com for mobiles & have always recieved my cashback. However it is your responsibillity to ask for the cash back. They do not give you it without asking for it. I had to send my previous 6 monthly bills to get my cash back. My brother, mother & father have all used E2save & all recieved cash back as promised. My sister used coolnewphone.com & they went bust, so no cash back, so it turned out to be a really bad deal. E2save works & is a reputable company in my experience. Hope this helps
I saw the TV programme Watchdog and they had so many people complain that their mobile provider had not done what they had promised that one would lead to the conclusion that its a con to get you to change provider
Over the years I have heard lots of horror stories about these cashback deals found in newspapers and magazines. The terms and conditions are often virtually impossible to honour, giving you a deadline day you have to have your claim in then claiming it arrived late or did not arrive and now you are ineligible to claim your cashback. You can get a better deal on the high street or the operators websites most of the time anyway, and you will not get s ched up
